We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the platform. We do not collect or store brokerage credentials, trading account details, or financial account numbers.

We use collected information to provide and improve GiottoO's market intelligence platform, send product updates and educational content (with your consent), analyze usage patterns to improve features, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery). We may share data with partners only in aggregate, anonymized form. We disclose data when required by law. We never share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Cookies & Tracking
GiottoO uses essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (e.g., PostHog) to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking for ad targeting.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database storage via Supabase, and access controls. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

8. Children's Privacy
GiottoO is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
